Soprano Caitleen Kahn is the Co-Director of Lynx Project, a nonprofit connecting communities through the communicative power of art song. She received her Vocal Performance degrees from Indiana University and Eastman School of Music, and recently participated in Marilyn Horne’s The Song Continues masterclass series at Carnegie Hall. In addition to her opera and recital work, Ms. Kahn is a passionate advocate for the universal accessibility of music. To this end, she is Operations Director at Musicambia, a nonprofit establishing music conservatories in the prison system, and Administrative Coordinator and violin teacher at UpBeat NYC, an organization providing free music education to children in the South Bronx. When she’s not singing or “administrating,” she enjoys running competitively with the Dashing Whippets Running Team, baking, and exploring NYC!
