Eligibility
The Byron Fellowship is available to 12 to 16 upper class undergraduates,
graduate students, and recent graduates from throughout the United States by
application.
Cost
The tuition fee of the Fellowship is limited to a subsidized cost of food and
lodging, $250. A number of full scholarships are available based upon the
financial need and academic excellence of candidates.
Application
Rolling admissions open as of February 1st. We are reviewing applications on a weekly basis. Priority is given to the first students to apply from their particular school, area of study, and background to create diversity for a hollistic exploration of sustainability.
Interested participants for the Fellowship should submit an application as soon as possible to make certain your application is considered.
The process requires an application form, the financial assistance form (if
necessary), a copy of your resume, and one letter of recommendation.

Location
The seminar will be held at Turkey Run State Park in Marshall, Indiana. The site is located on 2,382
acres of wooded hills in Parke County, Indiana, an area famous for its many
covered bridges and unique natural heritage. The site is located
just off State Road 47. Nearly adjacent to Turkey Run is a 67-acre
private nature preserve under stewardship of Byron Fellowship Founder and
instructor, Mark Boyce. This preserve serves as a natural living laboratory
for Byron Fellowship. It is approximately one hour's drive from Indianapolis,
Terre Haute, Lafayette, IN and Champaign, IL. Map to
