Isabela Christo (she/her)Atlanta, Georgia, USA & Brazil — is an entrepreneur and emerging leader from Brazil with experience across government, philanthropy, international organizations, and education. She previously founded and exited a consumer goods company in Brazil, and holds a master’s degree from Tsinghua University as a former Schwarzman Scholar. Isabela currently works in strategic advisory and executive support roles, as a Chief of Staff, helping leaders translate vision into coordinated action. Across her work, she is committed to building organizations and initiatives that are principled, effective, and oriented toward long-term societal good, with leadership grounded in clarity, responsibility, and presence. More recently, she has been on a personal journey of learning to lead from authenticity rather than achievement, and to create from connection rather than control. She is drawn to spaces where people are invited not to prove who they are, but to explore who they are becoming.
