Natasha Goldstein (she/her)Canada — is a two-time social entrepreneur, executive, consultant, and educator working with social enterprises at the intersection of growth, finance, and impact. She supports for-profit and non-profit mission-driven organizations as a fractional or interim CFO or CEO, with a focus on building structures that are ready for growth, financially sound, and capable of sustaining long-term social value. Alongside her consulting work, she teaches impact investing at Columbia University. Natasha is increasingly engaged in Canada’s employee-ownership movement, including current work with Employee Ownership Canada, where she is working to dramatically expand employee ownership following the Canadian government’s recent decision to create permanent tax policy to encourage business sales to employees.
