on delivering affordable and attainable homeownership opportunities that create pathways to
generational wealth and stability. Prosperity Alliance currently has over 500 affordable and
attainable homes in various stages of development across North Carolina. Marcus also manages a
substantial rental portfolio with housing inventory in North Carolina, Washington, DC and Ohio.
His work centers on transforming underutilized land into thriving, ownership-oriented
communities serving families at 60–80% AMI (area median income).
