Hey Byron Fellow —We’ve been thinking about you.
Yup, you.

You may be in one of many places right now.
Charlotte. New Haven. San Francisco. Indianapolis. Heidelberg. Dehli.
Take a minute, and let’s take it back to Turkey Run.
Remember that? The world as your classroom. Your desk the flattest rock you could find, the river your chalkboard. New friends turning to old friends in the space of days. And too quickly, you left, setting forth towards your goals and passion, channeling the inspiring and solid community you left behind you.

What if we didn’t have to leave conversations like that behind?

Times and spaces of empowering education and supportive community come and go — we want to embody that sense of place and community long after you leave Turkey Run.

Let’s keep the conversation going — on the new Byron Blog.

The blog will be used to design aspirational conversations around our shared Byron values. You’ll receive insights from our mentors, track our former fellows in their work in the world — and maybe engage in new collaborations or meet some new friends.

This is an invitation to be a part of a dynamic and supportive community actively impacting the world — and you are invited to be a contribution here.

If you are interested in writing a 500-1000 word piece on what you are doing, what you are learning, what you want to invite feedback or insight on, etc, or if your work has been recently featured elsewhere and we can publicize it, please contact me at editor@byronfellowship.org

This is a living, breathing community — and it’s about to come alive in a whole new way.

Excited for you to join me,
Elizabeth Marshman, Byron Fellow 2011
