Tremayne is committed to supporting the success of families, particularly in reaching their educational, financial, and career goals. As the Manager of the Mid-North Promise Program at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Tremayne does exactly that. Beginning in 2015, he coordinated the development of the innovative Mid-North Promise Program – an initiative by the museum to support neighborhood families in reaching their goals. Tremayne was the Family Learning Navigator providing the then 54 families enrolled in the program with “cradle to career” advising and support, connecting family members to community partners in support of their specific needs. He has since been promoted to manager and has helped his team grow the program to over 300 participants. Tremayne is deeply committed to service and is involved in a variety of volunteer efforts across Indianapolis, from the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. Indianapolis chapter, to the Indianapolis Opera Chorus, to leading the New Members Class at his church. Tremayne earned a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 2009.
