Cristian, or Cris as his friends call him, is a Colombian graduate student in Engineering Education at Purdue University. He is interested in integrating the arts and engineering to foster compassion and justice, and is committed to cultivating an engineering ethos rooted in compassion and shaking the prevailing profit-centric paradigm. A typical day for Cris includes reading and writing copious amounts for his PhD, going to the gym, and spending time with his husband and cats.
