Geneviève Patenaude (she/her) is the CEO and co-founder of Earthblocks, where she works to build a more sustainable future for both nature and society by making it easier for companies to understand their environmental impact and risks. A former academic with a PhD from Oxford and a background as an IPCC contributing author, Geneviève transitioned from research to action as she recognized the urgency of the climate crisis. She is passionate about the ripple effect of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in shaping teams, communities, and future generations. Balancing her role as a leader, scientist, and mother, she strives to foster collaboration, embrace difference, and navigate fear with love, ensuring a hopeful and resilient future for all.
