Gerald Hodges (he/him) is a changemaker, builder, and connector dedicated to empowering individuals and transforming communities through education and entrepreneurship. Gerald has spent over 14 years leading initiatives in Liberia that support youth development, career readiness, and startup incubation. By day, Gerald works at Orange Digital Center, where he provides training, mentorship, and resources to Liberian entrepreneurs, inspired by his belief that economic empowerment leads to safer, more equitable societies. His passion project of many years is Fortsville Farmhouse, an agri- and eco-tourism startup in his ancestral community that aims to foster sustainable farming practices and reconnect people with the land. His long-term goal is to transform Fortsville into an ecoforest park, preserving biodiversity while empowering future leaders.
