Karina Nagin (she/her) is the Executive Director of Bridging Voice, a nonprofit that is committed to ensuring that people with ALS regain their voices and connections through assistive technology. Her work is driven by a deep passion for collaboration, advocacy, and program development that directly improves lives. With a background in economics and international development, Karina has worked with the Clinton Global Initiative, focusing on cross-sector partnerships and driving resources to overlooked regions like the Congo. She later returned to the nonprofit space to help create Bridging Voice. Beyond her leadership in assistive technology, Karina is also a birth doula, an arts enthusiast, and a champion for sustainable social impact work.
