Loris Adams (she/her) is a dedicated educator and advocate for youth empowerment, diversity, equity, and ethical leadership. As the Head of DEI and Ethical Leadership at a girls’ school in Washington, D.C., and a long-time leader in independent schools, she is committed to fostering inclusive spaces where young people and adults can realize their power to create change. A quiet yet impactful leader, Loris believes in uplifting voices that are often overlooked, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to take up space and contribute meaningfully.
