Marina Christo (she/her) is an entrepreneur from Brazil committed to transforming healthcare and creating a more inclusive future for women in tech. As the founder of Lina Saúde, she spent six years building one of Brazil’s most innovative health tech startups, driven by a deep desire to address inequalities she witnessed growing up. Her journey led to the acquisition of Lina Saúde by Latin America’s largest digital health company in 2024. Now, Marina is embarking on a new chapter, mentoring women in technology and redefining leadership in male-dominated industries. She seeks to create spaces where women feel empowered, valued, and never like the “only one in the room.” Marina is committed to co-creating a future that is both innovative and deeply human.
