Molly Josephs (she/her) is committed to helping young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to express themselves authentically. As the founder of This Teenage Life (TTL), a youth dialogue and storytelling program, she has created a platform where teens transition from consumers of content to producers of knowledge, fostering deep connections and self-actualization. With a background in education and alternative learning models, Molly has spent over fifteen years working with youth—first as a biology teacher, then as a leader in project-based education, and now as the driving force behind TTL. Her work is rooted in the belief that young people’s tastes, identities, and voices matter, and she strives to create transformative spaces where they can explore their narratives and engage in meaningful dialogue. At a pivotal moment in her journey, Molly is exploring how to sustain and evolve TTL’s impact, navigate leadership, and integrate ecological consciousness into TTL’s mission.
