Stacey-Lee “Stacey” Williams (she/her)Bermuda — is a community leader and educator committed to building cultures of belonging, truth-telling, and collective healing. She serves as Executive Director of Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda (CURB) and holds additional civic leadership roles across education, career pathway development, and local governance. After nearly three decades in the education sector, Stacey-Lee’s work now focuses on creating spaces for courageous dialogue, relationship-building, and reckoning with systemic inequality. Across her leadership, she is guided by a deep belief that transformation begins in relationship—when people feel seen, heard, and invited into shared responsibility for a more just and compassionate future.
